RETURN POLICY

RETURNS 

Prickly Pear Malas has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since you made your  purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Item cannot be damaged or have missing parts
  • Item is free from all odors (perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, pets)
  • Item must be returned within 30 days upon receiving it 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE/MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account from where your original method of payment was used. If not noticeable, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Allow for processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@pricklypearmalas.com and we will be happy to help you. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
